Please note: Only the King room is avaiable for a spouse or partner; all other rooms are limited to one person only: thank you.

TO RENT A ROOM:

We have four rooms available: Central Air Conditioning in all four:

~(1) Full Bed: (Main Floor): $52 / night (bathroom not adjacent but on same floor. One person for this room only. This room has wireless internet access. This room does have cable TV.

~(2) Full Bed (Balcony Level): $59 / night: Separate/Private Bathroom and a shared shower: One person for this room only. This room has cable TV and wireless internet access.

~(3) Queen Bed (Balcony Level): $63 / night: : Separate/Private Bathroom and shared shower: One person for this room only. This room has cable TV and wireless internet access.

~(4) King Bed (Balcony Level): $72 / night: Private Bathroom with your own shower/tub. This room has cable TV and wireless internet access.

~General Information:

INFORMAL AND CASUAL SETTING.

We call it a Bed and Get Your Own Breakfast! (You can use the kitchen "stuff".)

We serve no food but you have the kitchen available to you at all times as well as a small part of the refrigerator. You can use the stove and all "kitchen stuff". Enjoy. There's a grocery store just down the street.
